Oluwasomidotun Akin-Ajiye

I am a Nigerian attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property, entertainment, and corporate law. I work closely with clients across the creative industries, digital media, and the business world, helping talent, innovators, and entrepreneurs protect their rights and move confidently through complex commercial environments.

My transactional work covers a wide range of entertainment and media matters, including recording and production agreements, management and talent representation agreements, licensing arrangements, brand collaborations and merchandising agreements within Nigeria's growing entertainment industry.

In addition to handling deals, I manage copyright and trademark portfolios for clients. I ensure that their intellectual property is properly registered, well protected, and strategically enforced so it can grow in value over time. I also advise startups and established companies on business structuring, corporate governance, compliance, and commercial transactions. My practice includes guiding clients through dispute-resolution processes involving high-value or complex matters.
